IT Logistics Specialist Position SummaryAn IT Logistics Specialist will image laptops/desktops/tablets, install users’ applications, perform domain joins and perform complete setup of end user work areas. This position will also be responsible for recovery and reconditioning of the same when it is no longer required. They will also perform receiving, warehousing, configuration, repair, provisioning, and shipping of Point-of-Sale/IT hardware to/from all locations within the USA as well as very occasional interdepartmental shipments internationally. Job Description Responsibilities: - Working in various inventory & ticketing systems while performing device repairs, installations, and configurations with both speed and accuracy. - Install laptops, desktops, tablets, desk phones, printers, etc. while implementing exceptional cable management techniques. - Install applications and perform domain joins of laptops/desktops/tablets (Windows/Apple/Android). - Perform diagnosis, testing and burn-in, if required, of IT/POS hardware - Perform complicated and detailed repairs of a vast array of malfunctioning or damaged IT hardware.
