Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in supplier management or sourcing. - Experience with supplier management in the compute, storage, networking, or data center infrastructure space. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or MBA in a technical or engineering field. - Experience working for or with a global contract manufacturer, OEM, or hyperscale company. - Experience with new product development environments (e.g., schedule, cost, urgency, etc.). - Experience managing CM partners for PCBA’s and systems including cost models. - Ability to manage suppliers in new product introduction and sustaining environments. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate internally and externally.
