About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support core HR processes, contribute to employee lifecycle activities, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, data, and processes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire documentation - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems - Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and time & attendance tracking - Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related topics - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies - Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation - Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives - Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement activities Requirements: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in an HR role - Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Strong organizational and analyti...
