Manager Epic Technology Training - ( 260000RO ) Description The Manager, Epic Technology Training leads the design and delivery of enterprise training programs supporting Epic and related health technologies. This role partners with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leaders to drive end-user adoption, workflow alignment, and system optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic experience—preferably in revenue cycle applications (e.g., Cadence, Prelude, Resolute)—along with proven expertise in instructional design and content development. This position also oversees a team responsible for training delivery, go-live readiness, and ongoing education across the organization. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in health care, education, information technology, health care administration, or a related field is advantageous.
