Location: Rochester, Minnesota: Type: Full-Time / Project-Based / Fixed-Term (4-6 months) Start date: As soon as possible Experience: Minimum 4+ years of clinical or hospital-based experience in a patient-care environment (Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Department, or similar settings preferred). Education : Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups, teaching peers, and engaging with both frontline teams and leadership. Posting Notes : Travel frequency for this role is between 50%-75%.
