Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and processing routine to complex documents from active and retired members or PERA affiliates. Incoming documents must be verified for accuracy and input into the PERA database. This position can also be responsible for processing PERA member and survivor refund requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employees are held accountable for all duties of the job. Individuals must be able to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
