The Policy Planning, Training, and Infrastructure (PTI) team sits at the center of T&S Policy, shaping how policy work is prioritized, executed, and scaled across the organization. Within PTI, Policy Planning plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction and driving operational excellence of T&S Policy—leading long-term planning and designing scalable processes that improve day-to-day execution and support long-term sustainability. As a Policy Planning Manager, you will serve as a key driver of high-impact initiatives across Policy and the broader Trust & Safety organization. You will bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous work, and partner directly with stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions. We are looking for someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy, forms clear, well-reasoned points of view, and proactively identifies and resolves gaps—moving beyond coordination to drive outcomes. This role will play a critical part in elevating execution quality, stakeholder management, and planning rigor across the Policy team.
