Job Title: Facilities Engineer Company: AISIN North Carolina: Department: Facilities: Location: Durham, NC: Position Summary: The Facilities Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting issues and delivering electrical and mechanical solutions pertaining to facilities and building maintenance. They will plan and implement improvements to the facility while ensuring compliance with existing codes and regulations. Additionally, they will support production by developing and managing predictive and preventative maintenance schedules for designated systems or equipment. They will instruct vendors and team members while consistently demonstrating appropriate safety protocols. They will also monitors and take responsibility for all documentation and expenses associated with repair records and utility costs.
