The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Capability Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful training solutions that enhance operational capability, safety and customer experience across aerodrome environments. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role combining learning design, program delivery and strategic capability development—supporting growth across Australia and emerging markets. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll design and deliver targeted training programs across aerodrome operations, including customer experience, safety and onboarding initiatives, using a mix of face-to-face, virtual and online delivery. You’ll contribute to longer-term capability through structured programs such as masterclasses and CPD pathways, working closely with the RTO to ensure compliance and quality.
