Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer Company & Team Introduction: Role Description / Purpose of the Role: Own the local office IT relationship, ensuring all engagement, prioritisation and decision-making channels operate in line with Group-wide policies and standards. Convert business needs into outcomes and deliver a value‑aligned roadmap while being willing to build, configure and validate solutions across M365, Azure and endpoint platforms to land secure, reliable services — always routed through Group IT oversight and direction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary local interface with Group IT - Shape, prioritise and track the local demand backlog and associated benefits and budgets with necessary approvals and Group level direction at every stage. - Hands‑on support configuration/testing across Entra ID/Intune/Autopilot, Teams/SharePoint, print (Ricoh/PaperCut), and basic network/Wi‑Fi as delegated by Group IT. - Coordinate NetSuite (HIVE) impacts and dependencies with Group programmes through Group IT governance. - Champion Azure cloud‑first readiness and server move assessments in line with Group IT architecture and plans. - Embed ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials alignment...
