The Job Development Specialist will use person-centered and community employment planning to assist people in identifying and pursuing their employment interests. The ideal candidate must be committed to The Arc’s mission of full community life and employment as the first option for all people, regardless of ability. The candidate should be professional, outgoing, open-minded, flexible, and persistent. Position Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Use person-centered and community employment planning to assist people to identify their career and employment interests.
