Job Description: The Role The Director of US Administration will co-lead and inspire a high-performing administration organization comprised of Administrative Team Leads and Senior Executive Assistants within Fidelity’s Asset Management (AM) division. This position will provide strategic direction for administrative operations that enable business performance, seamless leadership support, and operational continuity. The Director will drive strong partnership and connectivity across AM and enterprise stakeholders, steward proactive talent development and succession planning, and champion the adoption of digital tools and modern ways of working to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will: Creatively support the evolving needs of the business and our associates to amplify our impact and engagement across Asset Management.
