Job DetailsJob Location: 3519 Leominster MA - Leominster , MA 01453Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $27.00 HourlyAnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking to hire a Divisional Junior Processor to support the mortgage operations team through pre processing, opening, and documentation workflows throughout the loan lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring loan files are accurate, complete, compliant, and progressing efficiently from application through closing. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the mortgage industry and a strong interest in gaining hands on operational experience. Under the guidance of the Divisional Processing Leadership team, the responsibilities of the Divisional Junior Processor include, but are not limited to, the following: Loan File Setup & Data Accuracy Set up and maintain loan files in Encompass, ensuring accurate entry of borrower, property, realtor, attorney, and insurance information Verify borrower identifying information against documentation and flag discrepancies Confirm Intent to Proceed dates align with executed disclosures and correct system dates when needed Pre-Processing & Opening Support Complete U...
