Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking an Information Governance Analyst to join our team in our Denver, CO office. The Information Governance Analyst supports the Firm’s Information Governance and Records operations. This role ensures that client and Firm information is managed in a consistent, well controlled manner that aligns with legal, regulatory, and client requirements. The position works closely with attorneys, staff, and Information Technology to support records management, data handling practices, and risk management activities, while contributing to high quality service delivery across the Firm. Responsibilities: Policy and Government Support - Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of information governance and records policies and procedures. - Help ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements related to information and records.
