We are seeking an experienced and compassionate clinical leader to oversee our home health patient care services. As the Director of Patient Care Services in our Mission Hills Branch, you will lead clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and support a collaborative, patient-centered care environment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding a dedicated healthcare team. The annual salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $120,000 - $140,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
