Come join our team! The Strategy & Projects Lead is responsible for helping shape and execute the North America Commercial strategy for Vylor/Seeds. This role functions as an internal strategy and special projects leader—bridging strategic planning with disciplined execution—to deliver priority initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness, enable field execution, and strengthen routes-to-market. The role works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, HR, and Commercial Systems to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance, and measurable outcomes. What You'll Do: · Lead cross-functional strategy development and execution using structured frameworks (e.g., Playing to Win) and facilitation to align leaders on critical choices and priorities. · Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-visibility initiatives (e.g., route-to-market, channel segmentation, commercial operating model and execution programs) including scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment. · Establish and run effective governance for complex initiatives (steering committees, workstreams, decision logs, and escalation paths) to maintain pace and...
