We currently have an opportunity for a Solution Engineer to join our SI&CS Business Technology team within our Health and Education/Government division, playing a key role in driving major systems uplifts across our Health and Education contracts. Reporting to the Operational Technology Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Engage in discovery activities including and technical deep dives with internal stakeholders, vendors and clients. Translate business needs into clear, technically sound solution designs, scopes, and documents. Define integration points, data flows, interfaces, and non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, and security. Produce high-quality technical documentation (solution designs, sequence diagrams, BOMs, configuration guides). Provide hands-on configuration and integration support during delivery phases.
