Job Description: The Supervisor, Field Operations coordinates and supervises US Energy Minerals (Wood Pellet Fuel and Coal samples) where inspection of client samples coming off of vessels is the main service we offer. - Leads the team of Field Services Technicians: schedules daily work, trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work. - Works alongside shift technicians to complete work for shift. - Serves as a first and primary line of contact with the customers in the field and the Branch Managers and Operations Managers. - Addresses customers’ complaints and resolves issues. - Provides technical advice and support to the Field Technicians. - Assists staff to carry out and complete tasks according to established work procedures. - Trains, motivates, provides g...
