Compensation: $ 23.08 Hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm - Onsite Location: Exton, PA: Join Chimes – and go further to help others go far! QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Support: - Respond promptly, professionally, and proactively to incoming service requests. - Deliver help desk support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity. - Perform Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 user administration, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Image, configure, and deploy new systems, ensuring optimal performance and end-user satisfaction. - Record all work and communication in the ticketing system for accurate tracking and reporting....
