Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and stabilizing recruitment service within our HR Shared Service Center in Katowice you will be responsible to manage key stages of the hiring life cycle for assigned countries and or business lines, acting as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders across Europe. Beyond execution delivery you will ensure process consistency, data integrity and excellent candidate experience while contributing to continuous improvement and harmonization of our recruitment practices.
