Job description
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing media team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build and scale a paid media function within a fast-moving agency environment. You’ll own campaign execution, contribute to strategic direction, and bring new, creative ideas to how we approach media. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and account teams, and play a key role in driving performance for our healthcare and life sciences clients. This role is best suited for candidates working in eastern or central hours; those in mountain or pacific should be comfortable with occasional early morning meetings. Responsibilties: Own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels Translate strategy into action by building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable performance Actively manage budgets, pacing, and allocations to maximize efficiency and impact Contribute to media strategy by shaping channel mix, audience targeting, and campaign structure Bring forward new ideas and opportunities, from testing emerging platforms to exploring innovative formats and partnerships C...
