YOUR ROLE AT SIXT: - You calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on defined program rules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness - You prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track performance metrics and support the execution of incentive programs across departments - You extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL, leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex to accelerate data workflows, and contribute to maintaining dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Google Looker - You collaborate c...
