Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Commercial Liquidity Management Role Overview: Citizens Commercial Liquidity Management is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the strategic, operating, and narrative backbone of the Liquidity business. This role is a senior partner to the Head of Liquidity and is responsible for translating strategy into a clear story; driving disciplined execution; and ensuring the business operates with strong first-line risk awareness and operating discipline. This role plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Liquidity in their responsibilities as a covered position, ensuring strategies, investments, and execution are well-governed, transparent, and defensible. Strategy, Narrative & Board Readiness: Own the coordination and articulation of Liquidity strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating complex priorities into clear, compelling, and continuously refreshed executive- and Board-ready narratives.
