Job description
As an assistant director of enrollment, you will build relationships with prospective students and their families via phone, email, social media, and handwritten correspondence. Each day, you will handle a large volume of incoming calls and emails from prospective students who have questions about admission policies and financial aid. You will keep a daily telephone appointment schedule through the Appointment PLUS scheduling system. You will also travel to college fairs, conferences, information sessions, and more — in compliance with NACAC guidelines — to effectively represent the university to prospective students and build professional and institutional relationships. Travel includes immediate-admission decision appointments, in-person meetings, accepted-student celebrations, and high school classroom or guidance office visits. Additionally, you will lead SCAD tours as needed to support the university visitation team. In this role, you will manage active applicant files and keep up to date on all university policies and procedures to effectively communicate accurate information.
