Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to prepare and review Expense Services deliverables supporting Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance, and Regulatory Reporting. This role sits within the Expense Services group in State Street’s Alternative Investment Services department and partners with internal stakeholders to produce accurate, timely, and well-documented client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Expense Administration: Periodic/Annual Expense Budget Analysis: Invoice processing: Asset Based Fee Calculations: Calculating Fixed and Variable accruals: Expense Ratio/Proforma Analysis: Expense Cap Analysis: Acquired Fund Fees & Expenses (AFEE) Expenses of the underlying funds Distributions: Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual excise distributions for Funds. Calculating net income earned & Capital-gains Calculate Class Level Distribution rates: Preparing Certificate of Treasurer: Performance: Prepare and review, daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual Total Returns for the funds Prepare and Review After tax total returns Regulatory Reporting: Prepare Expense Audit and Financial Reporting support N-1A/N-2 Financial Data- Prepare Performance, Expen...
