We are now looking for a Development Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg. This is a key role within our global R&D organization, where you will lead technical development projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers. Your Responsibilities: As a Development Engineer, you will: - Lead complex development projects delivering new and innovative filler metals for ESAB globally. - Drive product enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement activities. - Conduct advanced research and investigations to build knowledge and support future product development. - Approve raw materials and suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical and quality standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, production instructions, and control procedures. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sourcing, Quality,...
