We are looking for a compassionate and thoughtful Pastoral Practitioner to join our Chaplaincy and Pastoral Practice team in the Sydney Central Metro area. In this part-time role, you’ll provide meaningful spiritual and pastoral care to residents, clients, families and staff, supporting people from all backgrounds with empathy, respect and dignity. You’ll be part of the Mission Directorate, working alongside a committed team dedicated to strengthening communities, nurturing connection and ensuring people feel seen, heard and supported in moments that matter.
