Project Resources Group (PRG) is currently searching for a Dispatcher for our tech ops team in Salt Lake City, Utah . This role will oversee the scheduling and coordination of our technical repair and maintenance teams. We are searching for a candidate with superior communication skills, advanced organizational capabilities, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple operational tasks in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities - Technician Deployment: Strategically schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, optimizing resource allocation based on customer requirements and technician availability. Ensure seamless routing to maximize efficiency and response times. - Operational Oversight: Continuously monitor and coordinate the activities of the repair and maintenance teams, implementing adjustments to workflows and schedules to meet dynamic service demands. - Communications Management: Serve as the pivotal communication link between technicians, customers, and upper management, ensuring all parties are informed of updates, delays, and resolutions. - Data Management: Maintain rigorous records of service calls, technician deployments, and job outcomes.
