Essential Functions: - Reviews and evaluates patient’s health history including obstetric, gynecologic, contraceptive, medical, surgical, family health history, and psycho-social backgrounds - Performs physical examinations with special emphasis on the reproductive system and perform specialized procedures, per protocol - Based on findings and health history, formulate diagnoses and treatment plans for sexually transmitted infections and other gynecological problems in accordance with PPCWNY standards and guidelines - Performs pregnancy diagnosis and determine gestational dating using ultrasound exams and pregnancy tests. Counsel in all pregnancy options appropriately. Refer patients for additional counseling as needed - Maintains health center productivity standards - Assumes legal responsib...
