Job Description: The Role As a member of this team, you will be reporting to the Derivatives Manager, will support the operational activities for the various products managed by the team. You will use your industry expertise and collaborate with your team to complete trade confirmation, complete the lifecycle events associated with trades, execute margin calls, transfer collateral, research and resolve variances and be the first point of contact for business partners. Additionally, you will provide support for tactical, strategic, and regulatory projects for our growing derivatives capabilities! The Expertise and Skills You Bring Four-year college degree in business or finance 1-3 years of financial services work experience preferred Your collateral management and/or middle office experience A multi-tasker with effective interpersonal skills Attention to detail in following procedures and controls to ensure accurate and timely work The ability to work in a small, tight-knit team daily to share responsibilities Ability to recognize and escalate high-risk items to minimize loss to either the shareholder and/or Fidelity Innovation to come up with operational improvements Knowledge of...
