This role is pure sales—you will be driving new member enrollments, maximizing lead conversion, reengaging customers who have dropped and driving key retention campaigns across two Goldfish Swim School locations in Kentucky. You will also coach our Front Desk team on how to convert walk-ins into customers. This position focuses on top-of-funnel growth —inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins (coaching the Front Desk team)—as well as seasonal re-engagement campaigns , referral programs , and community event follow-ups .
