Under the direction of the Manager, this role assists in planning and directing the day‑to‑day operations of the Housekeeping Department. The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for training Environmental Services staff in their duties, responsibilities, and proper cleaning techniques. This position supports the department in achieving its service goals and objectives and performs general cleaning and laundry duties as needed.
