Job Summary The Fitness Instructor supports the health and wellness goals of the organization by leading engaging fitness activities and ensuring safe, effective use of fitness equipment. This role also assists with recreational programming, provides short-term childcare when needed, and delivers exceptional customer service. The Fitness Instructor creates a welcoming, inclusive environment while educating guests on proper exercise techniques and equipment use to promote healthy lifestyles for all participants.
