You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with on-target earnings varying up to £32k per annum. The role: - Leading by example by delivering excellent customer service - Providing guidance and mentorship to Property Relationship Managers, leading team meetings, and overseeing ad hoc property management projects in collaboration with the Team Leader. - Conduct spot checks and quality control reviews of team outputs. - Supporting the Team Leader with day to day team management, plus providing cover for annual leave - Manage contractor relationships, ensuring good working relationships and quality of workmanship, addressing any iss...
