The opportunity: The Finance Manager at GHR will be taking on a wide variety of topics within the GHR function. The role is positioned as a trusted partner to CHRO, HRMT and Group Finance to: Act as strategic financial advisor to the CHRO and HRMT, translating HR strategy into multi‑year financials Support HRMT discussions with fact-based insights, scenarios and recommendations Shape the forward‑looking HR financial strategy, including scenario analysis, trade‑offs and prioritisation of HR investments Advise on financial implications of HR transformation initiatives (e.g. operating model changes, sourcing, etc) Own and continuously improve the HR financial...
