Job Summary: Supervise the daily underground workload. Ensure that the drops are completed by customer specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Locates are done - Work is printed and distributed daily - Jobs are coded out each day - QC contractors work {min 10%} - Admin control of the Fleet Vehicle - Admin control of phones Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
