Position Summary Description Responsible for coordinating and transacting daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal fuel trading and logistics. Responsible for the development and implementation of trading and risk management strategies to optimize energy assets. Provides analytical support to the Fuel Supply and Strategy team with a primary focus on commodities such as natural gas, fuel oil and coal. Monitoring market fundamentals including supply, demand, pricing, storage, transportation logistics, weather impacts and regulatory developments. Confirm compliance with applicable Board Policies and Procedures. Assisting with the negotiation of terms and conditions for enabling agreements dealing with supply, transportation and other commercial issues. Utilize document control and specialized software for data analysis and internal reporting. Support the department’s front/mid/back-office requirements as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
