The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment. This individual is responsible for the strategic management and oversight of financial operations for Humana’s Oklahoma's Medicaid Plan with a focus on Medicaid and state partnership, oversees the budget, financial reporting, and all audit activities. The individual in this role coordinates day-to-day financial operations directly with the health plan Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
