We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Foreman in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories. - Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items. - Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings. - Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections. - Ability to work independently on jobsites. - Oversee less experienced installers/laborers. - Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations. - Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation. - Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan. - Other duties as assigned.
