About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and integrate end-to-end operational execution at our Ravenna, Ohio facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while strengthening cross-functional alignment through enterprise-level ERP leadership , disciplined project management , and advanced process integration . This is a highly visible onsite leadership position with broad accountability across operational and customer-facing functions to optimize throughput and overall business performance. This role is designed as a growth position. Successful performance in this role can lead to a career path to Vice President of Operations within approximately 2–4 years , based on results, leadership impact, and business needs.
