Responsibilities: The Manager, Advisor Recruitment – US Eastern Region is a field-based business development role responsible for driving new independent advisor acquisition across the Eastern United States. This role is heavily focused on proactive “hunter” activity — generating leads, building pipeline through industry events and conferences, networking within luxury travel communities, and closing high-potential advisors into the Global Travel Collection (GTC). The Manager will serve as the face of GTC in the Eastern territory, developing market intelligence, identifying competitive opportunities, and building a consistent, high-quality pipeline of independent advisors and branch opportunities.
