A Day in the Life: As a Senior Business Relationship Manager – Service & Repair for EMEA, you will play a key role in connecting business strategy with service execution to deliver strong customer outcomes. You will operate at the interface between EMEA Business Leadership and the Service & Repair organization, ensuring priorities, performance, and investments are aligned and clearly governed. The role sits within a highly matrixed, international environment and requires the ability to lead through influence. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate business and market priorities into clear Service & Repair actions, supported by effective governance, performance visibility, and customer insight.
