Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks a dynamic, strategic, and mission-aligned Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. The Recruiter will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life. The Recruiter plays a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across HCZ and Promise Academy. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience. The Recruiter owns the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing strategy through offer negotiation—while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, hiring timelines, and employer brand standards.
