Neegan Burnside Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our Winnipeg office. This leadership-focused position is ideal for a professional engineer with a passion for mentoring others and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will lead and support a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects, while playing a key role in expanding our engineering services and client base across Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. What You’ll Do: - Lead multidisciplinary project teams as Lead Engineer or Project Manager. - Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water/wastewater infrastructure projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and engineers. - Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, schedules, and design documentation. - Conduct feasibility studies, environmental assessments, condition assessments, and asset management planning. - Actively manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. - Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. - Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth...
