About the Role Culmen is seeking a dedicated Lead Polygrapher to advance our critical mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. This position requires deployments to Haiti. What You’ll Do in Your New Role The Lead Polygrapher (LP) is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administration of vetting activities under this contract, ensuring that all Haitian National Police (HNP) personnel are vetted thoroughly and in a timely manner. The LP will ensure strict compliance with all contractual requirements and will work closely with INL and U.S. Embassy Port-au-Prince personnel, particularly on strategic planning and key management initiatives. Additionally, the LP will assess the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed vetting schedules in Haiti and identify the resources required for implementation. The LP must be capable of operating in foreign environments with systems and infrastructure that differ from those of the United States and provide guidance on implementing new policies and practices accordingly.
