Summary As a Senior Proposition Manager, you will support the development of the loyalty agenda for Financial Services across all our products & services, helping to shape the propositions, measurement frameworks and overseeing end to end execution to ensure we delight and reward customers, strengthening brand sentiment, while driving incremental sales. You will deliver bespoke, personalised offers for our FS customers by joining up loyalty activity across the FS product set - including Credit, ATMs, Insurance, Savings, Travel Money, and emerging products such as embedded credit - to create a cohesive, compelling and effective loyalty programme. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders across the business (including key relationships with Sparks and the Data / Analytics / AI team). What you'll do: Lead the end‑to‑end digitisation of Club Rewards, shaping the future FS loyalty proposition and accelerating digital adoption across the customer base in partnership with Bank, D&T, Sparks and FS teams.
