We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join us for two of Summerlin’s most anticipated Restaurants - Lotus of Siam Red Rock and Naxos Taverna! - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Free uniforms - Health insurance - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development - Vision insurance Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the quality of food items to ensure accuracy. - Assist with employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations. - Weigh and measure ingredients accurately. - Assist Executive Chef with weekly food cost and employee payroll budgets. - Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu changes and new dishes. - Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines. - Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada. - Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO. - Must be able to assist with cleaning projects. - Assist another station when necessary. - All other duties as assigned.
