About job: We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to be part of our Customer Service Team. Pay range: $20.25 - $32.00 hourly Job: Full time On-site Responsibilities:: - Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services - Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled - Handle customer complaints or concerns - Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately - Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management Requirements :: - High school diploma or equivalent - Outstanding phone and email etiquette - Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously - Exceptional communication skills Bonus Points: - Dental Insurance - Disability Insurance - Health Insurance - Flexible Spending Account
