Req ID: 135016 Region: Americas: Country: USA: State/Province: Texas: City: Richardson: Summary: The Electronics Engineering Division at Celestica is looking for a Senior Electronics Technician to provide technical support for a team of 50-100 Engineers Detailed Description: RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY DUTIES: - Electrical Troubleshooting, repairs and designs circuits and fabricates electronic test equipment. - Working with fine-pitch (0402, 0201) soldering and PCB rework in an R&D lab - Software upgrades; tests, debugs, configures and documents software as required to meet user needs. - Network IP setup configuration Install and monitor network operating system software. - Load and configure software utilities or applications used to facilitate the operation of computers. - Install new equipment and modify current installations using various manual and power tools such as hand drill, drill press, etc. - Modified and built harness cables as needed. - Order and maintain inventory parts for electronic equipment; maintains warranty, service and repair records; - Work with vendors to obtain pricing and availability of needed parts - Performs incoming inspections on delivered equipment to...
