We're excited to announce the opening for a Revenue Growth & Sales Planning Manager to join our dynamic Sales Strategy Team. This role is responsible for driving Revenue Growth Management across six core levers: Pricing & Price Pack Architecture, Promotional Effectiveness, Trade Spend Optimization, Portfolio & Mix Management, Unit and Gross Revenue Forecasting, and Gross-to-Net Governance. The position partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to drive profitable growth through strategic pricing, promotional planning, forecasting, and revenue analysis across the US and Canadian markets. The role also serves as the primary business owner for Confido (TPM), managing the relationship with the platform while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
